Full Ownership with Deeded Parcel & Cabin. Purchase includes management, maintenance, & one or more dock slips.
- For the first two years, no association fees, taxes or insurance cost + a guaranteed 5.5% yield and the free use of any available boat and motor.
- Third year owner pays their own taxes, insurance and $150/mo association fees and receives 70% of the rental income.
- Fourth year and thereafter revenue is split 50/50 with owners paying their own expenses.
Guaranteed income is subject to owner using their unit within IRS standards for investment real estate. There will be guaranteed appreciation: when each 3 units are sold, the price of the remaining units will increase. This is Voyageurs National Park, where there is very limited privately owned land.
